Donation refund policy

We aim to handle donations responsibly and address genuine payment-related concerns fairly. 1. General Donation Policy Donations are voluntary contributions intended to support the Organisation's welfare objectives. Once a donation has been successfully processed and received, it is generally considered final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or approved under the circumstances described below. 2. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments If you believe you have made a duplicate donation, entered an incorrect amount, or been charged without receiving a successful donation confirmation, you may contact us for review. Please provide: Your name and contact information. Transaction ID or payment reference. Date and amount of the transaction. Payment confirmation or other relevant supporting evidence. Never share your UPI PIN, OTP, banking password, or complete payment-card credentials. 3. Unauthorised Transactions If you believe a transaction was unauthorised, contact your bank or payment provider immediately and notify us using our official contact details. We will review the matter and coordinate with the relevant provider where appropriate. 4. If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method wherever possible. The time required for the amount to appear in your account depends on the bank or payment provider. 6. Donation Receipts and Records If a donation receipt has already been issued, the donor may need to cooperate with any necessary correction or cancellation of records following an approved refund.
